they’re an absolute rip off, especially when you’re a woman and they quote you $160 over the phone to make you pay $465 for 1tyre when you get there. totally take woman for stupid. I didn’t like this amount of disrespect.also once I agree out of blackmail the guy gets even more disrespectful at reception to tell me now I’ll have to come back tomorrow for that tyre& my car will stay outside overnight(a convertible car on a deserted carpark at night) nah! I went elsewhere.

The team at Upper Coomera repaired my Ranger in a very short time, considering they were booked out for a week. They managed to squeeze it in between jobs. Excellent service, well priced and friendly staff. Highly recommend.

Picked up a Screw in my back tyre this morning , not good news when your self employed and have a fully booked out day ahead Called into the upper Coomera branch and was back on n the road in 30 mins Excellent service by the team today Thanks to Sam and Nick for getting me back on the road

Pretty good service, guys on counter friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. No difference between the quoted price and the end price which was nice. Also nice that the car runs better now too

We had front top strut done on a ix35 by these guys. Because it was making noise, once the job was completed the noise was worse. We took it back in a week later and was told it was put on the wrong way. They reinstalled the part but the noise never went away, and that it needed to be bedded in and the noise will go away. The noise never went away. On our next service we had another mechanic look into the noise and they stated it was the top strut mounts. We put the car in to get the part replaced. We were told by the mechanic that the part Bridgestone used was the wrong part for the car and was not torqued down correctly.

Thanks very much to Mike and his team at Bridgestone upper Coomera. We had a flat on the highway, got towed straight there and they had us back on the road in no time. Fast, welcoming service, highly recommended.
